You should be cutting out only calories to lose weight. If you cut out carbohydrates ,then your brain will lose the ability to make the essential brain chemical serotonin. What are you eating for protein right now? And what is the source of your extra calories? Since you are not eating eggs, dairy, butter etc, where are those extra calories coming from ? If you figure that out then you will be able to lose weight. Also do you exercise?
