I'm 180lbs, trying to get to about 140lbs (or less) before Christmas, love to have it off sooner, but not pushing what little luck I have.
I've been overweight most of my life, and am hoping this will be the time I ACTUALLY lose it and keep it off.
Please, please, stay on me. Be my motivation!
For my diet plan, I'm consuming 1200 calories a day. And walking about an hour a day.
I'm going to update weekly, whether or not anyone reads it. I'm doing this for ME and MY health.
I'm afraid that if I don't act now, I'll end up like most everyone else in my family; overweight with high blood pressure, diabetes, and numerous other health problems brought on by being overweight.
I need all the advice ya'll have to offer on weight loss.
