Another fantastic day!

As promised I made my way to the gym again this morning... a little later than I wanted (I slept in) but I got there and that's all that matters.

Today's Workout:
30 Minutes - Treadmill Intervals
30 Minutes - Elliptical
15 Minutes - Strength Training ( Bosu, Hand Weights, Stability Ball)
10 Minutes - Stretching

How did I get through that?

This playlist is a good chunk of the reason I get through my workouts. Music is my first love and listening to it moves me. I can't fall asleep to music because no matter what kind of music I hear it energizes me and gets me thinking about melodies and harmonies. I'm a big music nerd.

Dinner tonight was fabulous ala my mum. Homemade lasagna and garlic bread with Caesar salad. I love Sunday dinner.

POPCHIPS! I didn't know these had found their way to Canada.


I figured they were a good purchase for me so I can avoid the Fritos in the vending machine at work. I don't know what is with me and that damn vending machine. It's the devil!

This week is going to be amazing because I AM GOING to the gym EVERYDAY this week... minus Wednesday since I have another unofficial boot camp session. Woo Hoo.
