I can't tell you how much I enjoy the Subway Lobster sub. It's 100% lobster meat and it tastes great. It's actually one of the more points-friendly subs for me because I don't put cheese on it and lobster is very low in points. I didn't see the NI on their web site, but I break it down like this:

6" ww bread = 4
3/4c lobster meat = 2
light mayo = 2
lettuce, tomato, onion green pepper = 0
Voila, a delicious, satisfying 8 point lunch!

The season won't likely last much longer, but I certainly enjoy being a Maritimer and having it at Subway every summer!
