I have been eating a carb and a protein.  I eat breakfast, 10:00 snack, lunch, 3:00 pm snack and then I eat dinner.  A 1/2 before I work out I drink light muscle milk but only 1/2 and then I drink the other half when I am done.  i drink at least 64 ounces of water. I average about 1200-1300 calories.  I do not fry food.  Someone said I should eat more calories.  Thank you for any help.  cin1127

Even if you are losing bodyfat 3 months is too long for no weightloss so your calorie intake is still too high in comparison to the number of calories you are burning at this bootcamp or the bootcamp you joined isn't that great.

Not all bootcamp trainers know what they are doing so just because something seems hard doesn't mean it's really working.  Hard isn't better, better is better ; )

Another thing that might be happening is your body might not be getting the right types of foods it needs for weightloss.  I know tons of people who cut fat, carbs, calories, and still can't lose weight because they're eating fake "diet foods".  They live off bars, protein shakes, low calorie frozen meals, and fat free yogurts which are loaded with high fructose corn syrup but they never eat real food that is healthy (dark leafy greens, free range eggs, organic meats, organic fruits).

The quality of the food you eat is key to losing weight and keeping it off for life.  Stop by my site and see how some of my visitors start losing 2-3 pounds per week with workouts tips and healthy eating tips that actually work for every day women and men.
