i have a proble with weight loss i have cut out all junk food and eat smaller portions and still nothig what else should i do?

Congratuations on attacking 2 key areas in weight loss, portion size and the elimination of junk food. You are definitely on the right track!

Are you exercising also? The issue with weight loss isn't just what you eat, its also what you do or don't do. You have to turn your body into a 24/7 fat burning machine. In order to do that, your muscles must be strong enough to use up the energy they need and that energy is the stored fat in your body.
