I agree with the alchemist but as long as you continue this regimen you will lose weight. At some point you will reach your weight goal and then stop. However realistically you may not be able to continue such a hard and demanding exercise regimen. But be patient, you did not gain the weight in two weeks so give yourself many weeks to lose it.
It depends on a lot of factors such as type of exercise, intensity, and frequency. There need to be a balance between them. More importantly, what is your goal? Im assuming weight loss but how much and what time frame?
