How you can indulge in holiday eating without regret

So, it's the morning after Christmas dinner is over. Let go of any guilt or regrets about how you ate. Do not beat yourself up. If there's any time to eat a little too much, it's a holiday.

What to do now is not extend your holiday eating into every day that follows. It's the days in between the holidays (which is most of them) that matter.
