How to make any sandwich fit into your healthy eating plans

Food for healthy eating plans I get a lot of questions asking if this sandwich is healthy or if this meal is better than a different meal. 

For the most part it seems that you are just unsure of what you actually know or you are afraid to make a mistake and make the wrong choice.  Of course you want to follow healthy eating plans and do your best. 

Here is a quick tip on how to make any sandwich you eat healthy.

Turkey?s supposed to be good for you, but not when it?s slathered with a thick layer of chipotle mayo. Topping turkey off between two oily slices of Asiago Cheese Foccacia bread gains you 6 grams of fat per slice.

When it comes to sandwiches, meats are rarely the problem: turkey, roast beef, and ham are all lean cuts. But breads and sauces can ruin otherwise healthy meals. Hold off on the mayo, add mustard and other low or no calorie condiments and choose whole-grain bread, instead. 

Making these two simple changes can potentially save you 300 some calories and 30 grams of fat per sandwich. 

It really is easy to lose fat when you have the right information and the confidence in yourself that you can achieve success.

is it safe to lose 20lbs in 4 weeks? I always thought the recommended amount was 1-2lbs a week...
