how to loose 10 pounds in two weeks?

Hello, I am 33years old, 5'3, 153 pounds and cannot seems to loose weight. I have an event coming up and would like to try to loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks.  What is the best way to do this? Thank you....

About 1600 calories in your diet per day and 500 - 600 calories a day burnt in exercise should just about do it.  That's still a pretty agressive goal but doable if your willing to put the work into it.  Diet alone won't likely get you there and the exercise will be critical to be realistic in reaching that goal safely.
