How To Get Ripped In Only 4 Weeks

Wanna get ripped in 4 weeks? Well, the truth is, how lean you get depends on where you are

Obviously dropping 20 lbs of fat will take longer than 10 lbs of fat. However, if you just take 4 weeks out of the year to focus your mind and energy on finally transforming your body, you’ll be that much closer to dropping fat and improving your health.

How to Eat every 2-3 Hours

Apparently everyone knows that you need to eat 2-3 hours to lose fat effectively. However, not many people know HOW to do this.

With work, school, and a dozen other responsibilities, how do you just stop and actually eat something?

Well…like most things in life, in order to succeed, you must plan.

So, plan out what you’re going to eat for the day, and get to it. I usually like to plan at least 3 days ahead of time, so I can check what I have in my kitchen and prepare all the meals ahead of time.

What to Eat?

Now, Daniel stated that you must cut out all processed foods out of your diet, right. What does that mean?

That means you take out almost anything that comes in a package. When you go to the grocery store, try and stay in the perimeter of the store.

This is where you see the produce, the meat, and the eggs. Other things to include in your diet include nuts, seeds, and fresh fish. You should also incorporate a variety of legumes such as mixed beans and chick peas.

Short Workouts

I’ve been a proponent of short, intense workouts for many years. However, when you get used to training, you just want to train more.

This training addiction can impede your progress. I cut my total training time in half, from 90 minutes per week to 45 minutes per week, and got 8 times the results!

No joke, I went from losing about .5 lbs per week to 4 lbs per week!

But don’t get me wrong. Within those 10-15 minutes of exercise, you’re working hard. Everything is hurting, and you’re fighting for each and every breath you take. So the key to exercise is not to train longer, but to train harder.

Metabolism is the Key

These three methods will jump start your metabolism and transform you into a fat burning warrior. Your metabolism is super important for fat loss.

In fact, it is the most important thing. I have friends who eat anything they want and are still able to maintain a six pack year-round.

WHY?

Because they have super fast metabolic rates. That’s what we want to do with you. However, I don’t want you to eat anything you want. That’s not going to help you in the long run. We want to improve your health both externally and internally.

Think You Can’t Do It?

I felt the same exact way. I thought it was too hard to plan ahead and organize myself. But as a guy who hates to cook, I actually started to enjoy it!

And the total time each week I spent cooking was far less than what I thought it would be!

The Warrior Mindset

With these words of wisdom, it is time for you to develop the mindset of a warrior. Get rid of all the preconceived notions that are stopping you from achieving your ideal physique. Stop making excuses and start doing.

I was on the phone with one of my cousins, and he was giving me a list of goals that he had. At the end he asked me what I thought of his goals.

I told him, “Man, you’re great at making goals, but you’re not that good at acting upon them. You learn by doing. Just go ahead and do it. Don’t worry about failure, cuz you’ll learn from those failures. Just do it.”

Starting today, we begin your 4 – week transformation. Here are the steps you must follow:

  2. Go to the grocery store, and browse around the perimeter of the store. Find 5 healthy foods to introduce into your diet.
  3. Use Daniel’s advice to thoose your foods and plan out your diet. Remember, choose unprocessed foods and eat every 2-3 hours.
  4. Take your before pictures. You can also tape yourself. I’ve found that you can see the differences in your body week from week much better using HD video.
