I am a 75 yr old woman, who has lost 2 inches over the years of being disabled (left side permanent injuries & "corkscrew spine" as a result. Was always regular thin weight until approximate age of 55. Injuries were many years before this & never gained. How do I lose the weight now, at this age & degree of disability? Very difficult to walk far, or sometimes at all, other than short distances. Ditto for exercising.
