How Large is your Belly?

For some people it is hard to know what the perfect weight is, and sometimes percentages get so confusing it is hard to know where you are.

Studies are increasingly revealing that all of these percentages mean far less than the amount of fat in the belly waist area. Apparently, measuring this part of the body gives a lot more information than getting on a scale. Any more than 37 inches is extremely worrying.

Dr. Oz says the cause of this is the omentum which is connected to your stomach and it's sole purpose is to store fat.
To add to the last comment, the "worry" is partly due to increased chances of becoming diabetic.  O
