You don't. Sad but true. When you lose weight you lose it all over. But all is not lost.
Do pushups and/or other chest exercises. Same goes for your backside. If you're toned those areas will be perkier and maybe you won't miss the inches lost.
I wish we could do that. But the only truth is that if you lose weight, it goes from all over the body. But hey, I liked the tips about doing specific exercises. I will try them out, because this is something I am also having a problem with.
