Exercise and watch your portion sizes of meals. That always works for me. :)
Megan is right. Just try making a small change every week and before you know it you'll be losing weight. Some changes you can make are a) switch to whole wheat bread, b) drink more water, c) avoid fast food, d) go for a daily walk, e) meet friends to play tennis or volleyball instead of going out to eat.
