First, congratulations on losing 12 pounds!

Since you feel you've hit a weight loss plateau, it's probably time to change your exercise and nutrition routine up a bit. Can you tell us a little bit about how you lost the weight in the first month?

I have been watching what i eat.. more fiber b/c i have an internal issue i need to deal with.... but also going to the gym every day for at least 30 mins... i take the weekends off and go to the gym mon-fri but i do a different routine every day...i sometimes do a statioary bike or the elliptical or a step machine i some times take a spinning class (which i love) or i'll do some toning work out with the weight machines.... i also have a medicine ball routine i do if i know my day is too busy to get to the gym itself... I sometimes run on the track too.. i do not really have a routine My routine is based on what i feel like dong that day... i dont know if that is bad or good but it's been working for me... I'm not killing myself with a diet i'm not depriving my self... i eat what i want just in moderation and when i can i choose healthier options..... : )

Congrats on the twelve pounds Marissa. That's quite an accomplishment. Normally when you hit a plateau it means your body has adjusted to what you're doing and it's time to change your routine. If you haven't already done so, now would be a good time to consult a trainer about adding some variety to your routine.
