This is not a healthy goal. For healthy weightloss that does NOT damage your metabolism, you should not lose more than 2 pounds per WEEK. When you damage your metabolism, that will make it much harder to lose weight.
If you DID lose 5 pounds in ONE week, it would only be water weight, not actual fat and it would all come back in a snap.
