iv got a 11month old daughter. i was in the best shape up until about 4mnths after i had her. i zumba everyday (workout tape) .After i had her i was 110lbs i am now 140 an not happy at all. I constanly go to bed and wake up thinking about how i can get back down to my regular weight(for the past 4mnths) an i just keep gaining it. iv been told i may consume to much zero calorie stuff. If you could tell me what i can do to aviod zero calories, thad be a blessing. Also what i can do to make myself not feel so ungodly bloated all the time.Thats been my main goal like every other person wants but nothings worked > so if could just give me helpful advise on foods or a supplement i would appreciate it.Thank you for your time.
