The Saturday before last I had the pleasure to catch up with one of my fitness mates who was in town from Hobart for the Fitness Expo.
His name is James Kerrison and you might have seen me link to his stuff on here before because it’s top quality info and I always like to surround myself with fellow fat loss experts to bounce things off.
