I'm hooked on Green Monsters !!! A green monster is a smoothie made with fruits and veggies and most likely will be green in color and look like that nastiest thing on earth, but don't knock it til you try it !!! They taste great, really you can only taste the fruit. I have been making these now for 3 days and the energy alone I get from these is amazing.
The girl behind the Green Monster Movement is Angela and she has a great sight with info and RECIPES . She says she has 'noticed a HUGE increase in my energy, along with a decrease in cravings for sweets. My skin has also become more clear and my hair and nails started growing like weeds!'

1 cup frozen mixed berries
8oz Almond milk
2 handfuls of spinach leaves
1 scoop flax seed
ALL BLENDED TOGETHER TO A PERFECT SMOOTHIE !!
