hey dolls

With my blogiversary coming I have been looking through my last year and feel pretty down in the dumps about my last like 6 months, but.... I feel re-motivated! I have been in a rut for a long time, tonight I was taking a nap when the phone rang. It was my friend's Jared and Nadine asking if I wanted to go to the gym with them, I promptly said no. Then Jared said, yes you do! please come, come or we won't go. So I did, and I had a great time, a great workout and I feel good again. So here is what I ate today!

2 cups hashbrowns for breakfast(trying to boost up my calories)
1 package no name ramen noodles for lunch with some cucumber slices
1 package no name ramen noodles for dinner with 6 meatless chicken nuggets
some air pop with a little vegan margerine!

So I done good today and I hope by next monday to see some change.
