Thank you!! What helped me with diet was thinking about something I wanted to start eating like let’s say an apple everyday instead of trying to avoid something. I think that once I got one healthy eating habit down, more just started forming. Exercise (Ugh!) I love to walk and that’s about it. Everything else, I have to push myself to do. If there is one thing you enjoy doing, I would just start doing it consistently and on days you decide to more, all the better but just make sure to get that one thing in all the time! I wish you the best!!
