Healthy Eating Tips At Football Parties

How can you keep your healthy eating habits when getting together with a group of friends to eat, drink, and watch the game?

Tempting high-fat snacks are always available at parties.  To ensure that you’re sticking to some healthy eating guidelines, you can provide your own alternatives to these unhealthy foods.  Make 1 or 2 dishes that are on the healthier side that you know you love to snack on.  Take these to the party and you’ll have no excuse to indulge in the diet-busting options.

As for high-calorie drinks, stick to what you know and limit yourself on these.  Enjoy 1 or 2 but stop there using your motivation to have healthy eating habits or healthy weight loss.
