Exercise is considered as one of the healthiest parts of human’s life. It just do not make you lose weight but it will make your life a whole lot better. Studies have shown that exercise could prevent chronic illnesses, disease and even cancer.

There is a study have shown that frequent exercise could help excrete hormones that could regulate our happy hormone which is serotonin. It means that if we have frequent exercise, we could avoid psychological problems like depression, anxiety and stress.

Start at a simple walk three times a day, then increase your pace day after day because the more strenuous your exercise, the more it would be effective. It may be difficult and tiring at first, but when you started to exercise, your body will crave for it.

One more thing, exercise could not only help soothe stress but it could send signal to our brain with the help of the neurotransmitter to control our emotions in dreadful situations. It could help emotion boosts also most especially when it is done as much as possible.

Exercise helps aid in the strengthening of Skeletal system such as bones, muscles and joints. When we exercise, our muscles tend to move and through that, it helps it to be more strong and flexible.

Having a regular exercise has been proven that it could be a natural antioxidant that could kill free radicals in our body thereby promoting a strong immune system. Having a strong immune system could help fight off infections and diseases.
