Here are a few of the top "health" food culprits as well as healthier substitutions to achieve quick weight loss.

6-oz. bag of vegetable chips

Calories: 840

Low-Calorie Alternative: 16-oz. bag of baby carrots with ½ cup hummus (390 cal)

1 cup of trail mix

Cal: 693

Low-Calorie Alternative: ¼ cup almonds and ¼ cup dried apricots (280 cal)

Fruit smoothie

If you're eating 100 calorie packs of anything you should check the ingredients. Some have trans fats, hidden sugars etc. Sometimes the regular product is healthier than the 100 calorie version.
