I came across an interesting post about obtaining happiness and setting realist goals. Debbie Rocker from Yahoo! health asks readers to ask themselves how they want to look and feel, but more importantly, "Realistically decide what you are willing do in terms of cleaning up your diet and exercising more, so it won’t feel like a total chore."

So what are you willing to do to live a healthier lifestyle?

The thing most people fail to realize is being thin doesn't make you happy. If you're unhappy there are usually other causes besides your weight and those must be dealt with.
