Has anyone tried the Hoodia Patch?

No Magic Bullet. Yeah, I agree. A good diet and an active life are really the only answers to being healthy and losing/maintaining weight. It is funny/sad how much energy we put into trying to find another answer-- pills and gimmicks that just can't replace reality.

Sounds hookia to me. They say never knock it 'til ya try it, but in my opinion, this sounds risky. I think the best way to lose weight is diet and exercise. Cut back on foods that are high in saturated fat and incorporate veggies, fruit and exercise into your diet. Once you do all that, then start looking for alternatives if nothing's working.
