Hello Everyone! At first, I wanted to send out encouragement and words of wisdom on this special evening – New Year’s Eve – but I changed my mind.
I have been bombarded with tips & emails about how to to handle this night of transition into 2010.
Normally, I have sat at home (happily) watching the Year In Review programs and flicking channels to watch the New York celebrations, the Canadian celebrations, etc.
This year, I was invited out by a couple whom I barely know and I am getting ready to go there in about an hour, after I drop of 6, yes SIX 14-year olds on their way to their New Year’s Eve gathering. They are West Indian and are cooking Curried Goat, Oxtail and Jerk Chicken. I am anxious to try the menu, its supposed be quite the spread. I have my bottle of champagne.
I look forward to doing something new, with relatively new friends and ending the year on a positive note.
I hope that together, we can share ideas and strategies to have a fabulous 2010 - not just reaching health goals, but all the other desires that are going to require inspired action (INSPIRATION) and I plan to provide everyone a good dose of it.
In the meantime, have a great evening, whatever you decide to do, wherever you decide to go. Feel free to leave a comment on how you wound down 2009 and look ahead to 2010!
