This is the beginning of a hard time of year for me. Traditionally this is when I start to gain weight for the winter. It begins with the leftover Halloween candy, then I start baking and making comfort foods. Thanksgiving, Christmas cookies and candies and the big Christmas feast add to the problem. Then I finish it off with Superbowl Sunday.
