Going to a gym can be an expensive endeavour for most people. Not only that, you don’t always necessarily get the help that you need or the advice needed to use the equipment probably, which can be a problem for some people.
Another problem with having gym equipment at home. Depending on what it is.
It can take up quite a lot of space or room. This tends to be a dilemma for people who live in a small property or a flat.
Not only that some people might not want to be lifting heavy weights and may want something that is a little easier on the joints, especially if they have a joint related problem, such as arthritis, etc.
However, at the same time, they might want something that is light weight, takes up very little space, and you can more or less take it anywhere and do your workout. Where ever you want to it makes having a workout not only enjoyable but very flexiable as as well.
This is where F gym in a bag may suit your needs. If you didn’t see it, I wrote a post a few months ago titled resistance bands versus free weights , is there a difference where I spoke about how people had used resistance bands in the training and how effective they had been for them.
I also mentioned that I was thinking about buying this particular product. And as it happens, I did hence the reason for this review I haven’t had it that long, and have used it just a few times, but on those few occasions that I have tried it.
I must say I was quite surprised at how well it taxed my muscles for the particular exercise I was doing. I have got to go through the exercise flipchart and put together a routine, but it is quite surprising for something that is so simple at how many exercises you can do. You can literally do a full body workout.
It comes with four resistance bands these are purple, which is the beginner level red, green and black. You can either use them separately to do your particular workout and gradually change up to a higher level of resistance or failing that, you can use them together, which will create even more resistance. This is particularly useful when you want to use the collapsible bar.
Which you can use for doing arm exercises such as lifts, which will target your upper arm muscles, included within the gym in a bag is:
a collapsible bar
four resistance bands
a padded bag to put it in
a exercise flipchart
two grip free cuffs
two ankle straps
a door attachment
You can connect all of these to the resistance bands, the grip free cuffs are very comfortable to wear. You can hardly tell that you are wearing them. Which makes a very comfortable workout experience.
Having a door attachment makes it possible for you to do numerous exercises, no matter where you are, if you are outside as long as you have got something that is solidly attached to the ground. You can even wrap your resistance bands around that and do your exercise outdoors, especially if the weather is good.
The gym in a bag exercise system is made of high-quality materials. All I can say is from my point of view. I cannot recommend this product highly enough especially when you consider all the things that you can do with it.
