I finally found a weight loss program that really helps you make changes as well as maintain them. The program is called Body Intuition and it is hosted at the Jewish Community of San Francisco. It is a 10 week class that focused on cognitive behavioral therapy and weekly goal setting. I really learned a lot about nutrition, mindfulness, and my patterns in this class.
I think the class is ongoing and is offered in the fall and spring. Just wanted to share it was really helpful.
