Grapes like any fruit contain vitamins and fiber but they tend to be higher in sugar content than fruits such as strawberries or grapefruit for example. The problem with grapes is that we tend to munch on them without paying attention to how much we are eating. It is alright eat grapes but measure them out before you start. Put them in a measuring cup so you know whether you are eating 1/2 a cup or two cups. That way you won't be eating too many.
