I didn’t lose any weight this week. What happened was I was trying to lower my calories intake but the cravings hit me hard. I did go over but not much. I went back to the routine but I didn’t feel I’ve enough energy so I set my calories a little bit higher than the week before. I’m not planning any exercise yet because I want to deal with one thing at a time. All effort is not loss because I’m learning to stick to good habits, and not go overboard when the cravings hit.
