Breakfast: fresh fruit

sandwich and soda

salad and 1/2 pizza and soda

If you're looking to change your diet I always think it's good to make one change at a time. And make it something you can stick with from now on. Why not try adding thinly sliced pear or apple and spinach leaves to your sandwich. It tastes great is adds more nutrients than regular lettuce.
