Woke up this morning, weighed in took my measurements and was ready to just get this done. Then I caught myself in the kitchen ready to serve myself a bowl of Honey Smacks (which I don't measure out and have been eating 2 bowls at a time). I quickly put it away and decided on Strawberries and yogurt instead. I don't think I'm going to get a chance to workout today...but I'm going to do my best to stay within my calories.
Some measurements went up others went down, but from here on out...it's all down.
