No, not
that"all the way"...
When I first started thinking seriously about losing weight, it was because of one main thing: having another baby. The Hubs and I want to add another kitty to the litter (although on some days I really don't know WHY). But I didn't want to be preggo while weighing 240-something pounds.
I was around 205 when I was pregnant with my oldest daughter and gained about 35 pounds with her.
I was 225 pounds when I got pregnant with girl #2 - only 8 months after I had dd #1, so I give myself some slack for not losing all the baby weight.
I gained close to 50 pounds with baby #2. NOT GOOD.
So The Hubs and I made a deal that I try to lose weight from May through September of this year. My goal was 50 pounds. Then we would start trying.
But see - now
I don't want to stop at 50 pounds.
I really, really, really, REALLY believe that I can go. all. the. way. this time. So I decided to scrap the September plans and just keep going until I reach goal. I wasn't sure how The Hubs was going to react, since he's really wanting that third baby, but he was all for it.
We both know that ultimately it is better for all of us if I get down to a healthy weight. And while losing 50 pounds is nothing to sneeze at (that would put me at 197), I would still be too heavy for my body type.
So I'm goin' all the way, baby! Then when I get to my goal of 147, The Hubs and I can really "go all the way", if you know what I'm sayin'. Well...we can do that now, of course, but we're taking precautions. Okay, getting way too personal here.
*blush* See you tomorrow!
