Well, folks its friday. That would generally mean you seeing how I did weight wise this week, sadly my scale is dead. So until I can get my lazy booty to Target for new batteries I'm going to have to just guess at what I weigh. Here are the factors I am using in my hypothesis: 1. I did not go to the gym/participate in any sort of physical exercise at all this week 2. I went over and above my daily calories a few time (holiday season and its evil goodies) 3. PMS = bloating
So I'm going to give myself a roughly 1.5 lb gain which is what I can pretty much expect for that kind of behavior, and guess I'm at 267.
