Fresh, Yummy, Low-Fat Dessert.

This is a great way to reduce calories ands eat more fruits. Have a bowl of freshly cut fruits for dessert. The way I like them is to get fruits of different colors, so it's more inviting. I dice the fruits in small cubes and have them semi-frozen after dinner. They really do taste good and the health benefits are worth the trouble to cut them up. Try it and see.
