Free Group Personal Training For 21 Days? Better Believe It!

Yesterday I launched a brand new 21 day Fat Loss Accelerator program that is going to start next Wednesday, 21 April.

The best news is that it will be available free of charge for any local Sydney residents who are not currently DPM Performance clients.

This opportunity is for any Sydney office worker or resident who is not currently enrolled in my sessions to take the plunge and take the first steps to a new body and life.

The reason I’m launching this 21 Day Fat Loss Accelerator program for free is to give people an initiative to reverse Sydney’s growing obesity epidemic.

To be honest, it makes me sick that people are constantly getting fatter and fatter and don’t seem to care about the effects that it has on them, their loved ones and the already overburdened health system.

So this is for those people who have had enough and want to do something about it as well.

It is never too late and this program is for those who need that extra encouragement to get over the line.

After reading on the weekend that group personal training is one of the hottest fitness trends for 2010 , I realised there was an opportunity to give people an incentive to take part and experience what training in a group environment is all about while also doing something positive for their personal health and fitness levels.

By launching this program I want to remove the excuse that some people have that they don’t have time to exercise.

By committing to a 21 day program I can prove that you can feel better and start to see results just from attending sessions that are as short as 30 or 45 minutes and that it can actually be fun to do so.

There are no hidden charges involved in the Fat Loss Accelerator program.

All someone has to do is select any of my groups either in the Sydney CBD or in Botany and register for the challenge. That’s it. I’m not charging anyone to enter this. So long as you are over 18 you can participate and do something positive for yourself.

You get to experience what my regular Sydney Boot Camp participants get and how fun it can be to train in a group environment.

The Fat Loss Accelerator program will also involve a daily email sent out by me that will feature a motivation or fat loss tip each day.

As you may know, it takes 21 days to form a habit and after completing this program you will be better educated about how to cook and prepare healthy meals, what to look for and what to beware of as well as feeling satisfied for having laid the groundwork for a healthy body.

Sessions are located at Observatory Hill and Dawes Point in the Sydney CBD and Booralee Park in Botany.
