Yup, I'm still wiggling between 45 and 50lbs lost.
Last week on vacation I gained 4.8lbs, which put me at the 49lb mark. I've since lost 2lbs, so I'm at the 47lb mark now. The lowest I've been since I started was 53lbs. I have goals, I have a great support system and I have 2 gym memberships....Damn it I'm going to meet this goal.
I'm back to logging my food on Myfitnesspal.com. Even though I like sparkpeople.com more, I get lonely since I don't really have any friends on there.
So for the sake of not getting overly reduntant....which may have already happened my next post won't be until this little badge reads 55lbs lost.
