" Do onto others as you would have them do onto you."
For some women it is good to twist the golden rule.
Do onto yourself as you would do onto others.
If your daughter comes to you with a broken heart because her boyfriend broke up with her, do you tell her to go eat a row of oreos?
If your husband's deal doesn't go through the way he wants it to, do you tell him that a big bowl of pasta will make it all go away?
If your friend comes to you for advice because her mother is criticizing her all the time, do you advise her to eat donuts?
If your sister tells you how overwhelmed she is by all she has to do at work, home, etc., do you tell her "just eat over it"?
If it doesn't sound so good for them, it's not so good for you either.
