Following Healthy Weight Loss Tips Is Not A “How To” Problem

It is a "Why" problem. We spend 11 billion dollars a year on how to succeed and never really understand why we want to succeed. You have to solve the "Why problem before you can solve the "How problem".
Here are a few things I learned from a conference I was at over the weekend.
Learn to be a natural when it comes to weight loss:
Discover your:
Strength: What you love to do in regards to techniques of losing weight.
Skills: What your really good at.
Desires: Where you really want to go.
Then you need to release your spirit.
Forgive your past
Appreciate your present
Step into your best future
Ditch the Shelf-help (stuff you bought and never read as it sits in your bookshelf or on your computer)
Instead focus on self help and take some action with following healthy weight loss tips.
