The rest of our frenzy friends didn't quite make goal this week, but that doesn't matter! The great thing about the Five Week Frenzy is that each week is a whole new week where you start fresh and get to work towards that 2lb loss for the week! Even if you didn't post a loss this week, next week you could be top of the list!
To help us reach our 2lb goal, I am challenging all of the Frenzy Friends to break a sweat 5 days this week! Including myself! Even if it means just doing a brisk 10 minute walk around your neighbourhood, if you don't have time to work out. Although, feel free to go for a good hour of hard work in the gym if that's what you feel like :)
