This is the first week on my diet and I'm just getting the hang of it. I had a rough start (I went home for a couple of days) but now I'm getting on track. I've started going to my 6am pilates on Wednesdays and Fridays and my Step Aerobics on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons again. I've wanted to give up pop for awhile so I decided that this was as good a time as any. I have lost only one pound this week but I'm starting a lot of good things. I just hope I can keep it up.
