Find your motivation for weight loss

Before beginning yet another diet or exercise program, spend some time thinking about why you want to loose weight. Make a list of 15 reasons for wanting to change. Now go back over your list, and at the end of each reason, ask the question, "what's so great about that?" When you can answer, you will find your true and deeper reasons for wanting to stick to a plan. That's what you need to remind yourself when the going gets tough.
