Whether it’s a few close friends and/or family members, an online e-mail or message board group, or a face-to-face weekly Weight Watchers meeting, find a support network for your journey.
Ideally, at least some of them will be on similar journeys. They will be the people who help keep you going, even when you get discouraged. They’ll be the people who will cheer you on, and the people who encourage and inspire you.
It may be a long journey, but you don’t have to go it alone.
