Emotional Eating, the Weight Loss Diet Breaker

Can'tstayon The stage is set perfectly.

All the right food is in the fridge.

My food scale is out, all clean, on the counter.

The diet book is by my bed, ready to give me advice.

Breakfast is laid out.

Lunch is picked.

Dinner is more than half prepared, waiting for me ' til tonight.

Feeling like it' s the dawning of a new day, I' ve made an appointment for a haircut and color.

I' ve taken my fattest jeans and pants and put them away.

I' ve put a picture of Valerie Bertinelli on the fridge.

I' ve put all the kids' sweet snacks on a separate shelf.

I' ve figured out how much I can lose in a month.

I weighed myself this morning.

I wrote it down.

I started a food diary.

All this and yet...

I have absolutely no idea if I can hold on to my willpower this time, or if it will turn out like all the other times.

Will I once again give in to emotional eating???
