Emotional eating is the cause, but don't make me think

Some say being chronically overweight is due to chemical imbalance, or genes, or hormones, or just plain too much junk food available at any hour of the day or night. If, in your heart, you feel that your own weight problem has to do with your psychology - that is with handling your emotions, dealing with your habits, lifestyle, relationships - then you'd better pay attention to these things. If you don't, it's doubtful that you will solve your weight problem long term.
