Eating Slower Key To Stay Thin?

Will eating slower keep you staying thin or slim you down? Is that all there is to it or do you have to exercise on a regular and intense basis to achieve such goals?

Eating more slowly will help. It takes about twenty minutes for your body to cue you that you're full. If you eat quickly it's easier to over eat. You still need to exercise on a regular basis but not necessarily intensely. A brisk walk and the use of moderate free weights will be sufficient.
