Eating cold cereal will help you weigh less

A lot of nutritionists will tell you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but a couple of recent studies have shown that eating cold cereal can help you maintain a healthy weight.  One study found that teenage girls who skipped breakfast tended to weigh the most.  Meanwhile, girls who ate cold cereal weighed the least.
